The benefit of a site visit is that I can pick up things that won’t be obvious if I am advising you by video link.  The way you use your heating controls.  Ventilation issues.  I’ll get to know more about the way people use your building and its appliances, and the way they affect your energy and water consumption.  Energy saving advice delivered on site is far more effective, so I recommend that you go for an on-site advice package if you can.
