The BrumEnergy Toolkit for energy advisors will be launched during March 2025.
You’re invited to an initial two Zoom workshops to introduce advisors to aspects of the Toolkit. These are on 27th February and 6th March, 2pm-4pm. Click below to book.
The toolkit will include:
1. Advice giving techniques – the Trust Equation and the 80/20 Rule
2. Using existing and bespoke tools to predict the performance of energy saving measures proposed for a home such as insulation, heat pumps, solar
3. Practical demonstrations of these tools
4. Reporting to client techniques (including addressing issues raised by CEB)
5. Follow-up mentoring to individual advisors
And also …
1. Workshop on energy bill reading skills
2. Workshop on understanding how capital funding works
3. Whole house energy plan template for advisors.
The first two workshops will be delivered by Phil Beardmore and Steph Vidal-Hall and are as follows:
